Class Schedule (Pacific Time)

Alison teaches online via Zoom on most Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 am to noon Pacific time. Drop-ins are welcome. 

Contact Alison for the Zoom links and schedule updates and, if desired, to receive an email reminder the evening before each class. 

Classes are by donation; no one is turned away from the Tuesday class for lack of funds, but a minimum $5 donation is requested for the Thursday class (via Zelle, Paypal, or check).

Alison has been teaching Sheng Zhen since 2008 and continues to be moved by the depth and beauty of the practice.  She shares the Sheng Zhen vision of a loving, peaceful world.
