Master Li Junfeng is the founder of the International Sheng Zhen Society, dedicated to bringing the graceful forms and healing spirit of Sheng Zhen Meditation to the world.
A renowned kung fu film actor, director, and coach of the Beijing Wushu team, Master Li Junfeng attained global recognition for his accomplishments. During the apex of his career, his achievements brought him in contact with a spiritual master who introduced him to the Union of Three Hearts, a meditation technique that is both easy and profound. Through diligent meditation practice, Master Li Junfeng underwent a transformative realization that instilled the principles of Sheng Zhen Meditation deep within his being. Motivated by an unwavering belief in the power of Unconditional Love, he embarked on a mission to share this message and the practice of Sheng Zhen Meditation worldwide.
Master Li travels internationally to train and certify Sheng Zhen Meditation teachers, and to practice or simply spend time with his students. In doing so, he shares his passion, wisdom, humor, and love, so that others can also experience the profound joy that permeates his entire being.
Workshops and teacher training are held in many countries including Canada, the United States, France, Norway, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Latvia, Israel, Australia, Japan, and the Philippines, among others.
Today Master Li also teaches online, continuing to share his knowledge and experience with warmth, kindness, and patience.
