One-on-one classes and small groups on request. I am willing to travel to teach provided some help with travel expenses and accommodation.

I was introduced to and have been practicing Sheng Zhen since 2004.  I first met Master Li that year in Albuquerque through the support of Lorena Monda.  The first form I learned is Sheng Zhen Healing Gong, Part 1.

It was an enthusiastic beginning -- the benefits of the practice nourishing and transforming me.  I quickly pursued more experience with the guidance of Marisol Bayard in Portland and was certified to teach in 2007.

These practices for me are subtle and profound.  Through repetition I have integrated the idea of embodiment of spirit and love into a physical recognition we refer to as the Sheng Zhen state.  

Embodied love.  

                               I am a B I G body of Love!  

For me this is both a feeling and a knowing.  From this state of connectedness my life unfolds with added grace, ease, and confidence.

It is my honor to share these practices with anyone drawn to learn them.  They have been a gift for me.  My desire is to share this gift with you.
